Crisis Support System
Always active in the background, completely private
Korsyl quietly monitors search patterns for signs of distress using a weighted keyword system. Nobody outside of Korsyl crisis staff ever sees this - not parents, not anyone. There are three levels of response, each designed to be gentle and non-intrusive.
1
Gentle Nudge
A small, dismissible banner appears above your results. It simply lets you know that support exists, without interrupting your search or alarming anyone. You can close it and continue normally.
2
Support Card
A more prominent card appears above your results with a crisis hotline number and a link to open your personal Safe Room. Your results are still fully visible - nothing is blocked. You're in control.
3
Safe Room
You are gently redirected to your private Safe Room - a secure, one-on-one chat space where a trained Korsyl crisis staff member can join to listen. The Safe Room has a unique private URL. Its contents are never shared with parents or anyone outside of Korsyl staff. A local crisis hotline number is always displayed at the top.
Privacy guarantee:
The Safe Room chat is private by design. Parents can see that a Safe Room is active on your account, but they can never read its contents. This is intentional - trust requires privacy.
